Back to School Autism Mom 5 Day Challenge

Autism Mom 5 Day Back to School Challenge! Back to School time is hard for everyone, especially our kiddos with autism. It’s a new transition and a new “normal”. With the transition comes pure and utter chaos. Meltdowns, opposition, anger, frustration, anxiety, stress, fear, worry… phone calls and emails from teachers with concerns about your child… If you’re like me, you feel like you’re literally going to go crazy.

In fact, I’m sure many of you have heard this before — Autism Moms have been compared to soldiers in combat, never knowing when the next crisis will occur, when or where the next battle or challenge will be. Let me say that again – Autism Moms have stress levels similar to soldiers in combat. Always living on edge, hyper-aware, ready for the next crisis, and over time, it’s exhausting. It starts to take a toll on you. Your friends, your family…. Well you talk to them, but without really living in the day to day like you do, they don’t get it. It’s not their fault, it’s just that they don’t live the chaos that you do, day in and day out, 24/7

So with that, as an autism mom, I believe we are all in this together. We are NOT alone. God has given us each other. And I am here to help YOU create hope & calm through the overwhelm and craziness/chaos. That’s why I’ve created the FREE 5 Day Back to School Challenge for Autism Moms. And let’s be clear, this isn’t just about helping your kids, this is about helping YOU, creating HOPE, eliminating fear & overwhelm/chaos…. Because YOU mama, are worth it and YOU mama, ARE doing an awesome job. You are amazing. We don’t often hear that as autism parents, but I want you to remember that YOU are doing a great job.

So join me in the 5 day Back to School Autism Mom Challenge. You’ll get an email each day to help you calm the craziness and be the best mom you can be, transforming overwhelm into hope, encouragement, and joy. Make your life easier, better & more joyful one day at a time. Join us, make friends. Be yourself, without being judged. Just click below and be sure to share this with your friends who could use help through the craziness as well. And to help brighten your day a little bit more? 1. Love this idea – back to school is challenging for everyone so preempting with these strategies is super helpful.

  2. My job as a mom was hard enough without having autistic children. I can’t imagine how difficult it must be to have just one autistic child. My thoughts and prayers are with moms who live in that situation.

  3. We have several family members with servers, so I know the challenges. And I’ve always thought my son has a touch of autism. The challenges are hard but I found calmness and just reassuring him gently helped to get him through the bumps. He’s 21 now and still calls me to call him down.

  4. This is a great idea ^_^
